Sioux Falls Power
Refund Policy By registering for the Sioux Falls Power Hockey program, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below regarding payments and refunds. Commitment Fee The commitment fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. Remaining Fees The remaining balance may be refundable on a prorated basis depending on the timing and reason for a player's departure. Any refund will be evaluated at the sole discretion of the Sioux Falls Power Hockey program in consultation with the coaching staff. - If a player voluntarily leaves the team before December 1, 2025, a partial refund may be considered. - No refunds will be issued for any player who leaves the team for any reason on or after December 1, 2025. - No refunds will be issued to players removed from the team due to academic or disciplinary reasons, regardless of when the removal occurs. Season Commitment By registering, each player is considered a member of the team for the entire season and is therefore financially responsible for the full season’s fees, regardless of participation status. This includes players who: - Choose to leave voluntarily after registration - Suffer an injury - Are suspended or removed for violating team rules Additional Notes - Players must be registered and rostered before participating in any team activities. - Registering indicates a full-season financial commitment. - Players committing to Tier 1 hockey for the 2025–26 season agree to play for the Sioux Falls Power Hockey program. By completing your registration, you confirm that you have read and understood this refund policy and accept full responsibility for all applicable fees.
